Eastman Electric is a growing residential electrical company focused on quality workmanship, professionalism, and creating a great experience for homeowners. We specialize in residential electrical work, including remodels, service work, panel upgrades, lighting, EV chargers, troubleshooting, and custom home projects. Our long-term vision is to grow into a full home service company offering additional trades such as plumbing and HVAC.

We are looking for a motivated 1st or 2nd year registered electrical apprentice who wants to learn the trade the right way and grow with a company long-term. This role is ideal for someone with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine interest in building a career in residential electrical work. You will work alongside experienced electricians, assist on a variety of projects, and learn proper installation standards, wiring methods, code requirements, and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist electricians with residential electrical installations and service work
• Learn proper wiring methods, code requirements, and troubleshooting
• Help maintain clean and organized job sites
• Load and unload materials and keep vans stocked
• Communicate professionally with homeowners when needed
• Follow company processes and installation standards
• Assist with remodels, service calls, lighting, panel work, device installation, EV chargers, and troubleshooting
• Support the team in delivering clean, professional, high-quality work

Qualifications

• Must be registered with the Colorado State Electrical Board as a 1st or 2nd year apprentice 
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable and punctual
• Professional appearance and communication
• Able to work well with homeowners and team members
• Motivated to improve skills and grow in the trade
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Strong work ethic and pride in doing things the right way

Pay and Benefits

• Full-time, W-2 Employment
• Pay: $22-$30 per hour, depending on apprentice level and experience 
• PTO after 90 days
• Paid holidays and sick time
• Hands-on field training
